Courses that a Learner has started and not yet completed due to loss of internet connectivity, loss of power, or interrupted for any reason will appear within the Incomplete Courses Section.

Depending on how far into the course the Learner has reached will determine where the Learner will begin once the Learner returns to the course. However, if a course has been changed in between attempts at completing the course the Learner may find that the course has been removed from the Incomplete Course section and will need to be started again from the homepage, popular courses, recommended or Invited & Purchased pages.

By clicking on the Course's Thumbnail or information, TappnEd will display the Course's Holding page. The Holding page will provide you with more information that will assist the Learner in determining if you wish to participate in the course or not.
