We want all our Learners to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on TappnEd can be refunded within 7 days.
Maybe you bought a course by mistake, or the course wasn't what you were expecting or maybe you just didn't like it.
For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact form and provide us with the following information:
Course Holding page URL.
Date Purchased and Amount.
If you can tell us the reason for a refund so we can improve that would be appreciated.
In addition to 7 day our money back guarantee we also provide refunds for the following:
If an Educator deletes or un-publishes a Course purchased by a Learner then the learner is entitled to a full refund up to 6 months from date of purchase provided they have not completed the Course.
If a Course has been deleted by an Educator and the Learner has not yet completed the Course, they are entitled to a 50% refund valid for 6 months.
If a Learner purchases a Course which is then discounted then Learner is not entitled to a refund for the balance.
All refunds to Learners will be deducted from an Educators share.
